Watermelon & Blueberry Popsicles

Summer is here and with that, comes days spent outside and by the pool.

These popsicles are so easy to make and will freeze over night ready for the weekend!

{They are also sugar free and contain all natural fruits and ingredients}


You will need an ice popsicle mould as well as popsicle sticks for this recipe.


Makes 4 – 6 popsicle’s

  • 4 slices of watermelon (chopped and seeds removed)
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 lime
  • 3 to 4 cuttings of fresh mint


Place watermelon into a blender and blend, squeeze the lime and add the mint into the blender and blitz for a few more seconds.

Place a few blueberries into each mould and add the sticks, once secure slowly pour the watermelon juice into each mould. Place upright into the freezer and freeze over night.

Enjoy with friends and family by the pool or at a picnic!
