Yoghurt Bark

Say HELLO to these babies!

They are oh so heavenly and super easy to make…if you are a frozen yoghurt fan you are going to fall in love with these!



  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (you can add 2 depending on your sweet tooth)
  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts


Gently mash the raspberries in a bowl, reserving some for the topping.

Add the yoghurt, honey and raspberries to a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.

Line a small baking tray (depending on what thickness you want) with baking paper.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the tray and spread evenly.

Add the left over raspberries and pistachio nuts.

Place in the freezer for atleast 3 hours but I recommend freezing over night.

Once frozen, cut into squares or fingers and store in the freezer in an air tight container.

Perfect for snacks or after dinner treat!
